This isn't about changing who you are. It's about seeing yourself with fresh eyes.

Through style, skincare and mindset, you'll discover practical ways to feel more confident, more authentic and more like yourself as you step into the next season.

Soul Style Studio is a small, hands-on workshop designed to be interactive, inspiring and welcoming. Participation is encouraged, but never required. Some women love to share their thoughts and experiences, while others prefer to listen and take it all in, and both are equally valued.

Come exactly as you are. This is a safe, supportive space where there is no pressure, no judgement, just an opportunity to learn, connect and enjoy the experience in your own way.

We want you to leave with

  • A practical self care plan.

  • Practical style ideas you can use immediately.

  • Simple beauty routines that support rather than overwhelm.

  • Self care tools to help you move into winter with confidence.

  • New connections with like-minded women.

  • Time to pause, reflect and celebrate how far you've come.

As autumn gives way to winter, the days become shorter, the nights become longer, and the world around us begins to slow down.

November is the time of Samhain, a time of transition, of turning inward, of letting go and preparing for the quieter months ahead.

And perhaps winter is inviting us to do the same.

To slow down.

To rest.

To take care of ourselves.

Samhain invites us to ask:

  • How am I really feeling as I move into winter?
  • What do I need more of right now?
  • Where in my life am I constantly giving, but not receiving?
  • What could I let go of before I move into a new year?
  • What would it look like to take better care of myself this winter?
  • What brings me comfort, joy and a sense of who I am?

It's about giving yourself permission to pause.

Because self-care isn't always about adding more to your life. Sometimes it's about slowing down enough to notice what you need.

Somewhere along the way, many of us become very good at taking care of everyone else.

We keep going.

We organise.

We give.

We show up.

And often, we're the person who comes last on our own list.

Soul Style Studio is your invitation to change that.

A chance to step out of the noise of everyday life and turn your attention back towards yourself.

We'll explore what it means to care for yourself through the winter months, through what you wear, how you present yourself, how you look after your skin and beauty, and perhaps most importantly, how you speak to and care for yourself on the inside.

Because winter doesn't have to be something we simply get through.

It can be a season of rest, nourishment, reflection and renewal.

This is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover small, meaningful ways to bring more care, pleasure and intention into the months ahead.

You'll leave feeling nurtured, inspired and reminded that you deserve to be cared for too.

Come and spend an afternoon with us.

A little time to pause.

A little time to breathe.

And a little time to put yourself first.

Nessa: Style as Self-Care

What you'll explore:

  • How the way you dress can become a simple, everyday act of self-care.
  • Why you don't have to save your favourite clothes for a special occasion, you deserve to enjoy them now.
  • How to dress for how you want to feel, rather than what you think you should wear.
  • How small changes to the way you put yourself together can lift your mood and reconnect you with yourself.

The takeaway:

"I don't have to wait for a special occasion to make an effort for myself. I am worth the effort now."

Sinead: Caring for the Face You Live In

What you'll explore:

  • How to adapt your skincare as the seasons change and your skin needs more care.
  • Simple ways to nourish and protect your skin through the colder, darker months.
  • How a few small rituals can turn your everyday skincare into a moment of self-care.
  • How to simplify your routine and focus on what your skin actually needs.

The takeaway:

"Taking care of myself doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's simply giving myself a little more care."

Alvagh: The Inner Work of Self-Care

What you'll explore:

  • The 3 Sacred Contracts — the promises we make to ourselves, our relationships and our purpose.
  • How your inner dialogue affects the way you feel, behave and show up in the world.
  • Identifying the beliefs that keep you over-giving, over-doing and constantly pushing through.
  • Creating your own 1% Self-Care Plan — small, realistic changes that can create a meaningful shift in how you care for yourself every day.

The takeaway:

"Self-care isn't another thing on your to-do list. It is the way you begin to honour the woman you have become."

Maybe you've spent years looking after everyone else.

Maybe you've forgotten what makes you feel like you.

Maybe your wardrobe no longer reflects the woman you've become.

If any of that resonates...

We created this special Soul Style Studio for you.

Three hours where nobody needs anything from you.

Just time to learn.

Reflect.

Connect.

Leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

We'll have a great day
